Login to Esxi 6.5 host
Click on Virtual Machines
Right-Click on specific VM which you want to apply the License
Click on Edit Settings
Click on VM Options
Expand Advanced
Click on Edit Configuration
Click on + Add parameter
input key: SMBIOS.reflectHost
input value: TRUE
Click on OK. and you are DONE!!!
